I have been an educator in some capacity (public high school, private tutoring, university) for over a decade. Having stood in the front of a classroom facing down countless teenagers, few audiences intimidate me. Whether I am working with a technician or engineer in a clean room, or presenting to directors in a boardroom (more realistically, a Zoom meeting), I am right at home. Teaching is a passion and I am good at it. I can be contracted for both in-person technical training or large group instruction. It would be a pleasure to work with your company in the following capacities:
Small group education in the science of thin films and physical vapor deposition (topics such as material science, optics, stress/strain, failure modes, PVD equipment troubleshooting, thin film interference, and much more). This type of education is appropriate for engineers and technicians.
Training in the lab: working with PVD equipment, best practices, basic maintenance, etc.
Classroom-style education tailored to specific audiences for general education purposes.
