I have worked at the extreme ends of the thin film industry. As part of a small company, I wore the hats of an engineer, technician, project manager, and customer point of contact. As part of a FAANG company, I found myself managing vendors and working with technical program managers on long-term product development. This range of experiences has allowed me to become an effective leader and manager of resources. My skill set includes:

• Gantt Charting, critical path analysis, phase-gating, and timeline development.

• In-depth cost calculation for thin film processes and plans for scalability.

• Detailed record keeping of coating runs, test results, part inspections, etc.

• Excellent written and oral communication (slide decks, presentations) for diverse audiences.
